What is an Order Certificate?
An Order Certificate is personalized documentation generated for your specific Prop Money Inc. purchase. It identifies the imitation prop currency included in your order and provides a record you can keep with your production files.
What information is included on the certificate?
Each certificate includes the customer or organization name, order number and date, documented items, a unique certificate ID, and a QR code that links to online authenticity verification at PropMoney.com.
How will I receive my Order Certificate?
Your certificate is delivered as a downloadable PDF after purchase by email and on your order page. Nothing physical is mailed. You can print it on standard US Letter paper or keep the digital copy with your records.
Who is the Order Certificate for?
It is useful for film, television, photography, theatrical, training, and other productions that want supplier documentation showing that the currency purchased from Prop Money Inc. consists of imitation products intended for lawful use.
Is an Order Certificate an official government document?
No. The Order Certificate is documentation issued by Prop Money Inc. for the products in your order. It is not a government-issued certificate, permit, license, or legal authorization.
How do I add an Order Certificate to my order?

How fast is shipping?
Most standard orders ship within 1–3 business days. Add Priority Processing at checkout to move your order to the front of our production queue so the order ships within 1 business day. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Delivery time begins after the order ships, and tracking is provided for every order.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. FedEx 2Day® and overnight shipping options are available at checkout. Expedited shipping does not change processing time unless Priority Processing is also selected. Learn more on our Shipping & Pickup page.
What is Priority Processing?
Priority Processing moves your entire order to the front of our production queue so the order ships within 1 business day. It does not guarantee delivery within 1 business day. It applies once per order and does not replace the selected shipping method.
When will I receive tracking information?
Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships. Please allow a short period for the carrier to begin displaying movement.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders begin processing quickly. Contact us immediately, and we will confirm whether changes or cancellation are still possible.
