Can I return custom printed products?

Custom printed products are generally final sale unless we made a production error.

What if my package was lost, stolen, or damaged?

If coverage was purchased, submit a request through the return portal. Without coverage, carrier-confirmed delivery and shipping issues may not be refundable.

How long do I have to request help?

For orders without coverage, submit requests for help within 3 days of delivery. For covered orders, follow the deadlines in the applicable coverage terms.
