Blank filler means that the stack, or band, has blank bills inside. Blank filler stacks, or bands, are not meant to be opened, fanned, or taken apart, but can be. When the stack, or band, is kept intact it looks like a real stack, or band, from all angles.

Fedex Express Overnight is the only shipping option that we offer that arrives next day once shipped.
USPS Priority Mail Express arrives in 1-2 days.
The most reliable shipping options are the FedEx options. If you have a deadline and need to receive your order by a certain date, or on-time, we strongly suggest that you use either of the FedEx options offered.
We do not accept returns, or issue refunds, unless we made an error and are notified within 3 days of receiving the order.
If you are not satisfied with your order you may return your order within 3 days of receiving the order for a store credit. Shipping charges incurred in the process of returning the order are non-refundable.
The item/s being returned cannot be damaged or altered. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. A tracked shipping option is highly recommended as we are not liable for lost or damaged return packages.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and will not issue refunds for packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier tracking.
We are not responsible for packages arriving late due to carrier, weather, or COVID related delays.
